The Antique Furniture Company has dated this piece to the 1860s.
The right section has six original wooden hanging pegs and front to back rail has been added, furthermore the sliding trays to the left could be removed to create additional 106cm (41 3/4in) high hanging space for shirts. The inside depth of both sides is 47.5cm (18 3/4in). Unfortunately we do not have keys and the lock has been removed from the centre door but the doors can be fastened by catches to the top & bottom of the left door and a bottom catch to the outside of the right door.

In good solid condition, there is some veneer loss to bottom edge of centre door and the joins to the left side as shown in the photos and there are scuffs & scrapes to plinth from the doors opening but on the whole very good condition.

The overall dimensions at the largest points are approximately
Width: 195.5cm (77in)
Depth: 66.5cm (26 1/4in)
Height: 205cm (80 3/4in)
For transportation and moving this wardrobe splits into seven sections (cornice, plinth, right hanging section, left top shelf section, left base drawer section, left door & centre door).
