Inlaid Edwardian Mahogany Antique, Mirrored, Double Wardrobe

This delightful antique double wardrobe is constructed from mahogany, has beautiful inlay decoration, a mirrored door and dates from the Edwardian period, circa 1900. The moulded cornice sits above a central mirrored door with the original brass handle. The interior contains a brass hanging rail and hooks. The outer side panels are beautifully inlaid and sparkle with a M.O.P. insert feature. The lower section has a double width again having the original brass handles and decorative banded edge. The piece stands gracefully on ogee bracket feet and splits into three sections for ease of removal. The mahogany has aged to a medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
