Unusual English Antique Chaise Longue & Ottoman.

This is a beautiful quality, English 19th century antique chaise longue with the added bonus of having an ottoman base which provides secret storage.

The base is sarcophagus in design with a shapely back rest and arm.

All the show wood is top quality mahogany which is a rich colour and the chaise longue/ ottoman stands on original lignum wood castors.

In superb condition, the lift up lift has a good quality brass stay to keep the lid open.

Ready for re-upholstery.

A stunning piece of antique furniture that is functional as well as beautiful.
