The chaise boasts (when facing) a left hand arm, a raised sweeping back with carved cartouches to the centre and side. The back frame sweeps down finishing in a carved frame. The front of the chaise has a serpentine shape, likewise the end of the chaise. The chaise is deep buttoned and is upholstered in a rich green moquette dralon material incorporating a small orange and oatmeal colour floral pattern. The chaise features the original brass castors, original splayed legs to the back and original cabriole legs to the front. The frame and legs are constructed of solid rosewood. The chaise can seat up to 3 persons.

Condition Report:
This chaise longue is in excellent condition and is very sturdy. The back of the couch is firm. The upholstery is very clean; there are no marks, tears or rips to the upholstery, it is very clean. The braiding is in excellent condition and is firmly attached to the couch. The springs in the seat are firm and in good condition. The couch stands on its original brass castors. Free of woodworm, solid in joint; does not wobble and is ready to use.
