This early 19th century antique daybed is just beautiful elegance, made by the London Makers Miles & Edwards around 1835, they supplied prestigious clients such as the Empress of Russia and were well known for their chintz upholstered furniture.
Stamped into a leg are the serial numbers, 11793.
This comfortable anique daybed has been newly upholstered by us in a French grey linen fabric.
A very good quality antique daybed/ chaise longue by the Oxford Streeet makers Miles & Edwards.
