Antique Regency Scroll Ended Sofa with Mahogany Show Wood Frame .Superb Quality

Description

This high quality double ended sofa is traditionally upholstered and is a classic Regency shape. The fine quality mahogany frame shows Egyptian influences and the styling is typical of that found on higher quality pieces of furniture of the early nineteenth century. Front and back legs are scrolled and splayed. There are some marks to the fabric covering but the sofa is in usable condition. It is an extremely heavy frame with all the joints in sound condition.
