Great Pair of 19th C Japanese Bronze Koros with Covers- Meiji

Description

As part of our oriental collection we are pleased to offer this great quality pair of Japanese koro with covers , a very nice ovoid shape with fabulous details to the panels and super swept handles with greek key design borders, great shaped lids with dragon finials and further embossed decoration , all stood on four mythical shaped feet ,these koro are very heavy guage bronze and in great condition for their age and material , apart from a slight solder inside one lid they are as good as you could find ,a great matching pair !!
