A Good 19th Century Brass and Iron Double Bed

This very pretty Victorian bed dates from around 1880 it is painted black.

The bed head and foot ends have decorative brass top rails with chunky bed knobs at each and a central Mirror and Coloured Glass Roundel

All in all a very attractive bed timeless in design it will go very well in a Victorian designed bed room or in a modern Minimalist design

The bed is in good condition and has recently been restored.

The head of the bed is 60" high and 56" wide, the drop in size is 54” x 77” long

The bed is completed with a divan base and mattress (not supplied)

I am able to supply a new standard double slatted base please check with me for availability they cost £95 (76” long x 54” wide) see picture
