19th Century English Antique 'Knoll' Sofa.

A well shaped and good quality, English antique sofa.

This large Knoll type antique sofa is very comfortable and is in very good, solid condition.

The arms do not drop down on this model of sofa, the back rest and sides are well shaped and the seat has two large, feather filled cushions.

Currently upholstered in vintage fabric which is faded yet clean.

The 19th century mahogany feet and brass castors are a later 19th century addition, as this sofa would have just had castors originally.

This English Knoll type antique sofa is very deep and comfortable, perfect for relaxing by the fire.

English. Circa: 1880.
