A stunning quality carved gilt wood French chaise longue. Having curved ends surmounted by trailing rose heads and a beautifully carved frame. The whole supported on seven cabriole legs with acanthus carved detail terminating in whorl and peg feet, finely upholstered in an expensive floral green silk weave circa 1870

Dimensions: 72" wide x 30" deep x 39" high (seat 17" high)

Condition: This chaise is in beautiful condition, re-gilded in the last 20-30 years to a very high standard, the fabric is in beautiful condition.
