Description

Comfortable three piece bergere lounge suite.

Two armchairs and matching three seater settee. All having carved pierced backs with scroll and cherub detail. Same carving to bottom front rail.

Having bergere backs and side panels, (three side panels having some damage).

Frames are strong and sturdy with long arms and carved shaped feet.

Having drop in box base supports, as shown in photograph two. Feather filled loose cushions sit on top of the box base. Upholstery is nice condition, no tears or obvious marks. Expensively recovered in a pale mushroom coloured fabric. All feather filled top cushions have zip fastening removable covers, making them easy to clean and refresh.

This is a lovely quality, 1920's suite and very comfortable.
