Description

A wonderfully handsome desk-top accessory, as useful today as it was 130 years ago when it was made.

The caddy has been professionally re-polished to gleam. standing on four magnificent winged legs, each featuring a Lion's head with a Lion's paw foot.

If you look at the front panel it has a gentleman's portrait cast into the brass, this circular panel is followed through to the dividers.

A highly decorative piece, in superb condition and dating to around 1880, Victorian in era. The footprint measures 10" wide x 5 1/4" deep and stands 6 1/2" tall at rear. Each of the two compartments has an opening measuring 7 1/4" wide.
