Georgian Antiques has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The back has traditional deep button upholstery and a large stuff over seat. The curved arms have upholstered elbow rests and small flower heads at the end. There is a shaped apron at the front with a small inlaid frieze, and the sofa has pretty, delicate inlaid legs with brass tipped castors at the front, and swept back legs. Very pretty neat sofa.
Size 78cm high x 116cm wide x 50cm deep.
