Here we have a fine George III Mahogany chest of drawers linen press. As you can see this piece has super colour and patina. There is a nicely moulded top pediment with dentil moulding decoration. The doors have fielded panels with wonderful flamy fronts and a working lock and key. There are two oak slides inside although I can have it converted to hanging quite easily. The drawers as you would expect are Oak lined, have hand cut dovetail joints and turned bun handles. The chest is finished with the original ogee bracket feet. The press has fantastic proportions being not to large as many of these are. The dimensions are approx 50 inches wide 77 high and 24 deep.
