Lovely Louis Xv Style Wooden Upholstered King Size Bed

Description

A very nicely shaped cherry wood bed indeed, with winged head end and sleigh foot. Newly upholstered in a lovely neutral antique French Linen, and a cotton and linen trim to compliment. The siderails are also upholstered, adding to the overall feel of softness and comfort. The frame has classically Louis XV style design, with an unobtrusive floral carving sitting centrally on the head and foot end. Nicely gentle curves and carved details, the siderails also have a foot half way with floral carvings, again adding to the subtle overall charm of this bed.

We have lovingly restored this bed, repairing where needed, cleaning and generally restoring to be a beautiful and practical piece.

Whole bed has been checked and sympathetically restored to ensure solid, sturdy construction and good assembly.
