Malcolm Eglin Antiques has dated this Antique Derby Day Print to the 19th Century.
It has been described by Christie's as Frith's "undisputed masterpiece" and also "arguably the definitive example of Victorian modern-life genre." Currently exhibited at the Tate Royal in London.

Good condition in a quality frame, it does have an old fold visible when looking close up, when on the wall this is barely visible.
Because of the subject (i.e. Derby Day) and crowds, it creates a tremendous amount of interest because of the number of figures in the print.
Great value at this price, this is not a modern copy.
