A stunning and very decorative Chinoiserie compactum wardrobe by Maples & Co. of London. The figured walnut having wonderful Chinese decoration with scenes of pagodas, islands, junks, fishermen, water carriers, birds, willow trees, kites and Chinese characters. All having wonderful raised lacquer in reds, greens, browns, silver, whites and blacks with high quality gilded highlights. The right hand door opens to a well fitted interior with 2 glass fronted drawers ,4 open shelves and 2 other drawers. The left hand door opens to hanging space with shoe rack below. Condition- very good. Dimensions:- Compactum Wardrobe, Height…72.75’’/ 185cm. Width…37.75’’/ 96cm. Depth…22’’/ 56cm. Delivery by furniture carrier £100
