Description

1930s Finala niello pocket watch by Silvana.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 800 silver and it has Continental hallmarks, together with the name Silvana. Fabrique d'Horlogerie Silvana was established in 1898 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The case has beautiful niello detailing to the front and back, and it is in beautiful condition.

The acrylic lens is in lovely condition.

The sunburst dial is signed with the name Finala, possibly the original retailer.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
