A beautifully carved 17thc oak applique, which probably came from a large piece of furniture or panelling in a grand house or church.....it is of a winged cherub /putti....and is skillfully carved out of oak and has gained a very good colour and patina....I would have like to have seen the piece or place it originally came from..!
