Miniature Antique Portrait Painting Duchess of Devonshire Immaculate Original

Brief Description:

This is a very fine-quality, original 19th-century Miniature Watercolour Portrait Painting depicting the Duchess of Devonshire, Georgina Cavendish, who is dressed in a fabulous period dress with a large, feathered headpiece.

Painted during the 1880s, and inspired by the original work that was painted by Thomas Ganisbourough during the 18th-century.

Painted on I V ory Panel - declaration submission reference: J71QJUSL

Mounted within the superb quality, original 19th-century glazed and ebonised frame.
