Brief Description:

This is a fabulous, original mid-20th-century Vintage Oil on Board Painting depicting a bustling Industrial Northern Townscape.

Painted very much in the manner of both Fred Yates (1922 - 2008) and Stephen Lowry (1887 - 1976).

The wonderful image portrays the industrial town with stickman-like figures busying themselves among the many factories and other buildings, including the town's church.

The attention to detail is superb, with a beautiful thick impasto texture across most of the artwork.

Signed by the artist in the lower right corner: 'Mia Blair'
