A simple design made using a handful of very wide native elm boards, the top and sides are single boards of elm and only three wide boards make up the frontage. This piece is totally original, never altered, a truly honest piece of Cumbrian early antique furniture. Even inside is so original, the elm is lovely and dry having never been touched, a single original half depth shelf is fixed inside, the door opens on original iron H hinges and this simple and stunning Georgian antique elm dresser stands on original shaped bracket feet. This unadulterated early English elm piece of furniture is in amazing condition throughout, I am already jealous of whoever ends up owning it!
