Frank Moss Bennett Cardinal at table oil painting

A fine oil painting of a Cardinal seated at a table before a stained-glass window signed and dated lower left 'FM Bennett 1917'This is an oil on panel housed in a gilt frame. The size being 33.5 x 24cm whilst the framed size is 54 x 45 cm approx. in very good, clean, stable original condition with no damage or restoration to the panel or paintwork when viewed under UV light. The frame also in good condition with only usual signs of age cracks and minor losses.
