A fine Old Sheffield Plated dinner plate marked with the two stars for acclaimed maker Matthew Boulton. Dating to c1800 with reeded edge detailing and an inlaid silver cartouche bearing a family crest of a lion and crown.

In good condition with some surface wear and copper bleed to the raised edges as is to be expected due to age and use.
