Gorgeous Louis XV Style Newly Upholstered Sleigh Day Bed

Description

This Gorgeous Louis XV Style day bed is positively charming. Newly Upholstered in a lovely neutral background fabric with foliate patterning, this bed has two matching bolster cushions and is a lovely touch and really makes the whole bed sing. Practical and attractive, day beds are typically used in spare rooms as either a comfortable bed, or a generously sized sofa. We have photographed in both positions so you can see the versatility.

Day beds have a more decorated side, with carvings along the edges and one of the side rails, and a simpler side with no carvings as they are typically positioned against a wall, though this bed could happily sit centred in a room.

The frame has been fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole bed has been checked and sympathetically restored to ensure solid, sturdy construction and good assembly.

We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.
