Miles Griffiths Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the 1930s.
Even the back is fully raised panelled in cedarwood to prevent moths. This tall single door oak wardrobe features exposed dovetail decorations to the sides and standing on a stepped front with sledge style feet. The single wardrobe well panelled door has the original hexagonal turn handle with a wooden buckle catch on the back, a lovely piece of work. Inside has the original brass hanging hooks and an extending outwards clothes rail. In fabulous, clean condition throughout, all very original and a lovely colour. Made by a very accomplished maker.
