An impressive recumbent Sphinx, French early 20th century circa 1930-1940s in excellent structural condition, with a handsome timeworn colour-patination.

A superbly stylish and fine quality workshop example, revealing excellent detail. A convincing statue of great scale that fits comfortably with or without a plinth, desktop, coffee table etc..
