A fine and interesting Victorian drawing of a cat with kittens. The drawing is of superb quality and quite extraordinarily finely drawn. The cat sits on a rather plump cushion surrounded by her kittens one playing with a tassel. The work is signed by monogram to the lower left but is unidentified. The work has had a significant tear to the upper left. The piece is mounted and framed in the original gilt frame which is in good untouched antique condition.
