Description

A smart and beautifully designed antique Victorian mahogany chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880 period.

The quality is outstanding, this is a useful size and has an interesting design. there are four lower drawers, the upper drawer is actually a dummy drawer, this has a hinged top that flips up to reveal a divided compartment. There are nicely turned handles and bun feet with original brass casters beneath.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is a wonderful all round patina, with various small marks and indentations remaining beneath the polish.
