Description

A fine quality 19th century side cabinet bearing the original label of James Simpson and Sons Glasgow.

The elegant sideboard is in wonderful clean condition and has a lovely colour and good antique patina to the inlaid mahogany. This has solid mahogany square tapering legs with spade feet and has two cabinets and three useful drawers all with the original brass lion mask handles.

The drawers all have working locks with the original key still present.

A very smart example in excellent condition.

This is a nice imposing piece of furniture measuring 98 cms high by 167 cms wide by 60 cms deep overall.
