Born in Dulwich Village in December 1875
The daughter of Susannah and Fredrick Lassam, a baker and confectioner who employed at least seven people.
Raised in Camberwell educated at the James Allan girls school Dulwich.
Studied at Lambeth School of Art, the RCA and the LCC Central School of Arts and Crafts
Remained at home into her 30s when her father had retired and they lived in Rose Cottage Dulwich Village
By the 1940s living at the Cottage Galmpton Devon, continued working as an artist until shortly before her death.
She left her small estate to her brother John Errington Lassam
