Ukraine Interest, Amusing Sculpture Of A Night Watchman.

Standing in front of a illuminated lantern with a lantern on his arm a signal horn and a halberd in his hands, the base simulating rocks.

Finely carved in detail, in very good original condition no missing pieces and with original old beautiful patination.

Signed: W. Orysik, is the sculptor Wasyl Orysik who was working in circa 1940-45 in Wertheim Germany, and he came from Ukraine.
