Description

Stunning late 19th.c. French single door wardrobe or armoire in mahogany with brass mouldings c.1880. Long door with a full length dressing mirror, fitted inside with four adjustable shelves (depth 15"). Over a single drawer in the base. Crisp ogee cornice with brass mouldings, bevelled edge to the mirror, also set within a brass moulding. Flanked with a pair of long fluted columns with brass inlaid flutes and turned brass mounts top and bottom. Fine inlaid etched brass decoration to the centre of the drawer front. Turned front feet, also brass mounted. Oak lined interior to the wardrobe and drawer. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
