French Art Deco Bronze Sculpture Of An Ice Skater Signed L.Gerfaux

A very unusual French Art Deco Dinanderie patinated bronze male ice skater set on polished wooden shaped base. Signed in the bronze by the French artist Lucien Gerfaux. The sculpture is wonderful in design and in very good condition, with just some ageing to the patination.
We are based in North Dorset, England and have been trading in antiques and decorative art for over 30 years. We exhibit at all the major antique and decorative fairs across the UK , specialising in 19th and 20th Century European sculpture, including the Art Nouveau and Art Deco period, English and French mirrors , decorative French furniture and lighting.
