WHEELS STILL TURN SO CAN BE MOVED ABOUT, TOUCH HOLE IS CLEAR AND VISABLE AND IT HAS A COAT OF ARMS CAST INTO THE TOP OF THE BARREL, THE SIDES OF THE CARRIAGE ARE ALSO CAST WITH A DESIGN. THIS ITEM IS VERY HEAVY.
