A Nineteenth century Mahogany military chest by J & W Lowndes of Haymarket.
 
A nice quality chest dating from around 1840, original handles and screw in feet.
 
This was never brass bound.
 
In good solid condition, various marks and knocks commensurate with use.
 
Now available from our large showroom in Marlborough, Wiltshire.
