Antique George III Mahogany Chest of Drawers

An antique George III mahogany chest of drawers. The chest features a moulded cornice top over an arrangement of two short drawers above three graduated long drawers, each fitted with brass drop handles. It is raised on shaped bracket feet, with a rich colour throughout.

Height – 104cm / Width - 103cm / Depth - 53cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and use. There is surface wear including age-related marks and scratches. The top shows areas of staining and splitting, with marks around the handles. There is a historic repair to the front edge of the drawers. Despite these, the piece remains solid and functional.
