Description

A superb antique Georgian period mahogany bow front chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around 1810-1820 period.

This is a great size with lots of storage space, and it’s extremely well made. It sits on bracket feet, with beautiful brass handles and a bow shaped front. The mahogany grain patterns are gorgeous, and this has a lovely, rich colour tone. There is lots of storage space inside, this has a very useful extra deep lower drawer.

We have recently had this re-polished, it is in fantastic condition for its age. There are various small bumps and marks beneath the polish, this retains plenty of character and patina.
