Antique Pewter has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
A good one pint measure, by John Foster of London, England who worked 1789 - 1837.
The measure has straight sided body and stands on a stepped foot.
The inner base is clearly marked with the makers Touch mark. There is a well marked George IV verification below the rim. Foster worked at 202 Kent Street, The Borough, Southwark, Newington, Surrey from 1806, so along with the verification we can date this measure to the period 1806 - 1830.

Condition:
Excellent condition with a lightly polished silver grey finish and some small traces of light oxide.
