A fine 19th century bronze sculpture of the Dancing Faun of Pompei, with cymbals, after Massamilliano Soldani Benzi, the oval base inscribed Musee Du Vatican. 590mm high, 330mm wide and 200mm deep. Italian. Circa 1890.
