A beautiful and impressive antique signed and framed oil painting.

We can’t quite make out the signature, but the artist was clearly accomplished as this is beautifully executed. It depicts an icy winter street in a European city, this looks to date from around the 1890-1900 period.

It is in excellent condition for its age, with only some minor surface wear here and there.
