Cast and hand finished, with three original gilt brass frames
The medallions 2,3/8'' x 2'' or 61mm x 50mm

Duke of Vendôme (1594 - 1665) César de Bourbon, the illegitimate son of Henry IV of France and his mistress Gabrielle d''Estrées, and founder of the House of Bourbon-Vendome.
Maximilien de Béthune, duc de Sully
Nicolas Boileau Despréaux (1636-1711)
Nicolas Catinat (French military commander and Marshal of France under Louis XIV)
Medallions gross weight 242 grams
Frames gross weight 166 grams
All in excellent condition, some perhaps a little over cleaned but still good
Gilt on frames mostly worn off.
Traces of original paper backing that would have held the medallions in the frames.
