This stunning and eye catching antique 19th century marble statue is sculptured in the form of a praying angelic looking young person.
This Italian white antique marble statue is understood to have been sculptured by a master carver Florentine artist in the 19th century and after being purchased in Italy was brought back to England as part of a Grand Tour collection. After which this exquisite work of art has then been privately displayed in the grounds of a large country estate for many years.
Now fabulously aged with a patina built up over time, this delightful and charming perfectly carved and sculpted lifelike marble statue, is available to be purchased and cherished and again also to be either further displayed outside to complement and enhance a wonderful garden, or possibly become a beautiful warm focus to a property’s interior a...mongst other stunning works of art.
