Art Deco bronze figure of bobbed haired young woman with arms outstretched holding two doves. Very finely detailed with swirling skirt and graceful movement. She stands on one foot with her arms raised and outstretched and showing her finely detailed bodice and clothing. The bronze is patinated in several colours and stands on a shaped marble base. It is signed to the bronze J Lormier. Little is known about Jean Lormier but it is understood that it may be a pseudonym used by Joe Descomps Cormier.French c 1925.
