Here we have a very rare and stunning solid Elm George III dresser c1770. As you can see the dresser has super colour and patina. The fact that this dresser is solid Elm throughout is very unusual and this along with an unusual configuration of drawers makes for a very rare piece. There is a two plank top with stunning grain and a moulded border. The rear of the back has a plate groove. The drawers have retained the original brass swan neck handles and have cock beaded edges. There are five drawers and centrally there is a beautiful shaped frieze. The back has the original single plank with drawers support slots. A super period dresser of rare timber in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 185 cm long 42 cm deep 78 cm high.
