The commode is of rectangular form with an overhanging top.
The three drawer fronts treated in the same way and retaining their original finely cast ormolu neoclassical handles and escutcheons. The sides of the piece also feature inlaid panel-type decoration. It stands on tapering square section spade toes.
Having a fine colour and excellent quality veneers have been used throughout.
