A heavily carved and fretted Chinese four poster teak marriage bed with a shaped frieze inlaid above a carved and pierced fretwork trim bordering the entire entrance, the bed itself being surrounded by panelling on three sides and raised on stylised ogee supports. (Fits a small double, 4ft mattress).
