Set within its original oval leather travelling case which is lined in a faded deep red velvet, with functioning brass clasp, the miniature is surmounted by a gilt bronze oval mount under a slightly convex protective glass, all in excellent condition.
Striking gaze and superb detailing of the dress and hairstyle.
There are no cracks or splits to the ivory, glass or leather case.
