This stunning chest of drawers features the finest flame grain Mahogany to the drawer fronts framed with cock-beaded edges (none missing) complete with all of its original Polished brass dropper handles which unusually have never been repaired or replaced. This simple yet elegant chest of drawers is in an outstanding condition featuring its original beautiful French polished finish with a lovely rich Mahogany colour. The finely dovetailed Mahogany front drawers are unusually Beech lined and are particularly clean inside. This chest of drawers is in exceptional condition, the drawers are smoothly operating and are clean inside considering age. This simple yet elegant chest of drawers stands proudly on its stunning moulded plinth to beautifully shaped bracket feet. The chest has been restored in our workshop so is solid with no loose joints or wobbles and is free from woodworm. The drawers have had some of the drawer runners replaced and rebuilt as necessary so now have little to no wear and do not drop when opened. The chest of drawers has been carefully revived, cleaned and waxed, maintaining its original patina whilst giving a lovely natural sheen and the handles have been lightly polished. This lovely restored chest of drawers is in home ready condition and is fit for every day use for many more years to come.Please note; This item is in fantastic condition for its age as shown by the photographs below.
