A fine painting by the talented artist Charles w Oswald depicts highland cattle with a mountainous background
Stormy clouds in the distance ,with the cattle by the water
oil on canvas, signed, framed and under glass, so quite a heavy piece!
image size is 49cm x 59cm, overall size is 69cm x 79cm
The canvas has been relined and is in very good condition, the probable ,original antique frame is presentable
however does have some losses ( see photos)which have been gilded over to improve the overall look.
